The problem

  • "Decide for me" picked the link type out of sight.
  • The link sat behind a send step, hard to copy.

What we considered

    Simpler terms dialog

    • Fewer choices, but the link still hides behind a dialog.

    • Shows the link after creating it, then it disappears.

    Link strip on page

    • The link is always on the page; takes some room.

What shipped

  • Decide for me and email delivery are gone; Full signup is default.
  • The strip shows status, terms, link, Copy link, Text it, New link.
  • A lead gets a link on first view, so one is always ready.
  • Text it needs a mobile number on file.

The onboarding link now sits on the customer page, ready to copy and send however you like. Or press Text it and we text it for you.
