# Adds Guides sidebar tab

## The problem

- Help guides were only reachable through links from the AI assistant.
- No sidebar item led to them.

## What we considered

### A. Guides after Settings

- Easy to spot; crowds the daily work tabs.

### B. Guides in bottom group {chosen}

- Sits apart from daily work, beside Staff.

## What we went with

- Guides appears in every user's sidebar, below a divider.
- Staff stays last and shows only for staff.
- The guides page has a search box that matches article sections.
- Results replace the grouped list while you type.

Anyone in the company can now open the guides from the sidebar. Type a question and the matching sections show up as you go.
