# Redesigns before photos page

## The problem

- Each photo filled the screen.
- Adding another meant swiping sideways past every photo.

## What we considered

### A. Four-up thumbnail grid

## What we went with

- Each photo is a row: thumbnail, album and pool, time taken.
- An × removes a photo after asking.
- One Add photo button under the list opens the camera.
- Tap a thumbnail for full size; failed uploads show Retry.

Every photo album now reads as a short list, oldest first. Technicians see every shot and add more without swiping.
